Some good decisions

In brainstorming session two we went back and froth between a supportive structure that had "birds" moving on cables and a surface which the birds traversed. - 

We decided on a nice comprimise suggseted by kim where the base of cables are fixed and the tops of the cables traverse the surface.  This will give us nice three-dimensional non-linear movement with relatively simple mechanics.  - 

All seemed to be in consensus that this is worth pursuing and all attending a rhino tutorial this evening .
