Motor Assemblies

Aside from the CNC bits snapping like toothpics on the pvc the motor mounts worked perfectly - I tested one tonight and everything snaps together perfectly in a few seconds - I know I say this NEVER happens - but sometimes I am proven wrong.

Bots are finished - each with 3 switchable super bright LED's green and blue and contained rechargeable batteries - They open like clamshells with magnetic clasps.

There have been numerous annimations looking at actual scenarios - These are two nice ones which have different spline paths - The final one is being done by Taylor (Can someone else help with this?)

The form was revised and a urethane form was made for mass-produciton of 56 (112-total)

Structre Development

A full-scale prototype of the structure was made with no welds! and is very strong - It will be water-jet cut from aluminium The website for the structure is here
